About The Slow Sip

Welcome to a world where less is more, slow is fast, failure is funny, and relief is just one slow sip away. Here you’ll find practical tools and strategies to help you slow down and savor.

This newsletter offers the best of what I’ve learned and applied from over 20 years as a leadership coach. I’ve worked with busy executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators to support them to achieve amazing things without burning out in the process.

The experience I want to create for you.

Think of The Slow Sip as that feeling you get when you take a moment to savor that first sip of morning coffee. When dopamine floods your neurocircuitry in anticipation of that morning jolt of goodness. It’s that moment when all is still and you’re feeling fully alive.

(The moment just before your kid throws his breakfast in your face, the text arrives from your boss that you’re already late for your performance review, and your loving spouse says, “by the way, there’s no gas in the car.”)

It’s a sanctuary of sorts. A place where you can curl up with your beverage of choice and your favorite blankie. A community where I hope you’ll meet others who long to build a healthy, meaningful, more savored life. I’m still building mine. I hope you’ll join me here.
